Dial-up -> DSL -> Cable -> Fiber (FIOS) Cable is always going to be worse than Fiber as far as Internet, and DSL worse than cable, and dial-up worse than DSL.AT&T was charging me $60 for 18 mbps down and 1 mbps up, and they have a stipulation for charging $5 for every 50 GB over 250 GB used per month, though that was never enforced upon me.
